One More Month Until VB and XC Start!!
August 1st will be the 1st Official Practice for both sports.
TAPPS Dead Week is the Last Week in July (7/25 - 7/31). All Facilities will be Closed!!
PARENT MEETINGS
Volleyball will be on Monday, July 18th 6:00PM in the MCA Main Gym
Cross Country will be on Tuesday, July 19th 7:00PM in the MCA Main Gym
**At least 1 parent must attend in order for your student to participate (contact Coach Littleton before the meeting if you are unable to attend)
Physicals:
MCA is offering Physical Clinics at the school on July 14th & 19th. We are working on another date the first week of August as well and will let you know that date when available. The cost for the physical clinic is a $20 donation towards MCA Athletics.
You MUST have your RankOne account set up and your medical histories uploaded before you arrive at the Physical Clinic. You will be turned away if not complete.
RankOne:
It is time to update your student's Rank One account. Rank One is a program put together by TAPPS to help schools keep up with student profiles, physicals, medical history and signature pages. This is also an easier way for MCA to ensure everyone has an updated physical and medical history for the 2022-2023 school year. Once your student has completed their physical please upload it to their Rank One account.
All documents will be completed online except for the PHYSICAL, which requires a doctor’s signature. Please print and upload the completed, signed form to their Rank One account. Once you enter your student's information, there will be a download and print tab where you can print a physical form.
We ask that your RankOne account be up to date by August 1st. Books will not be issued and your student will not be able to attend school until their RankOne account is complete.
Note for Volleyball and Cross Country athletes: RankOne accounts and physicals MUST be updated before they will be able to participate in the first official practice of the year, August 1st. No exceptions!
Athletic Team Communication:
SportsYou is the app we use for team communication for athletics. This is where you will get information from coaches/other parents/other players. Check your email, contact me, or your Coach to get added to the group!
Our MCA Knights App will be reactivated soon with a new update that will include our new platform. More information on that will be forthcoming.
